We do run a training session before going live, and record it for future reference.

Our project management solution
Weekly Pulse: Our catch up every week is a 20 min review to keep a pulse on the project and campaign.
Monthly Strategy: Once a month we take an hour to review the marketing campaign and discuss performance.
Quarterly Marketing Review: Each quarter we'll review the previous three months, assess the performance and plan out the following quarter's objectives.
Zoom: We use Zoom for all our meetings and we will be recording all of them (when we remember) so please ask if you'd rather opt-out of being recorded at any time.
Meeting Recordings: We'll make all meeting records available to you here. They will be added further down the page.
We use ClickUp to run all projects & campaigns.
