RED Global
We've been working with RED Global since 2020, originally part of the rebrand and redesign team for the current version of the website you see now.
We were tasked with creating a new site that was more engaging and focused more on clients and prospects rather than simply the previous candidate-focused experience.
As part of a larger brand refresh, we also wanted to depict the fact that RED is more than an SAP recruiter and more a global technology recruitment company.
And then of course to highlight that RED truly are a global recruiter - and this is where we got to have some real fun with the project and the client.
Rather than follow the usual global office design tactic of showing a map of office locations - we came up with the original idea of an interactive map to highlight their global abilities - showcasing actual projects and hires using multiple teams around the world. A much more compelling story to tell.
Since the relaunch we've been working every week with the team at RED, on our Agency Accelerator Programme, working on CRO and continuous improvement, SEO, local SEO, marketing campaigns and sales funnels, lead generation and general design and website support.
We've been able to take the site from around a 1% conversion rate to hitting over 10% inside a year - and regularly see a monthly ROI upwards of 16,000%
